colicchio and sons

I was at the Tap room last fall and am headed back in a few weeks. I loved the french oinion soup and the bone marrow - the former is no longer listed on the current menu. The rabbit in a jar and the pigs head terrine appeal as does the pork leg entree. I'm thinking that the two of us might do the 3 apps and the pork leg (we're red meat types - I consider pork as the "new" red meat, myself). Any opinions?
