re: WikiAdam
I've never really had good tex-mex here in almost 5 years, have to wait until I go home for the holidays...you can get a close-to-authentic tex mex breakfast at Taqueria Tequila on 85th across from the Fred Meyer, and the place whose name I can never remember across the street from Delancy in Ballard has a tex-mex-esque combo plate. Otherwise I mostly just stick to the cali-mex.

Great like Super Cocina (or the late, lamented Barbacoa Autentica de Borrego) in San Diego or Taqueria Sinaloa in Oakland? No. Good enough? Yes.
El Camion's fleet of permanently-moored trailers does good work (especially with cabeza and cochinita pibil.) I drive down to Taqueria La Estacion (in Burien) every couple of weeks for dinner or lunch on the weekend; pretty much everything there's good.

El Camion is the taco truck king of Seattle. I don't know why it took me so long to try it; I think I was put off by their relatively slick signage. But really, their meats are second to no other local trucks, and they offer about triple the number of salsas as well, several of which are very good.
