Sriracha & Nutella - the two best condiments in the world
If you cant' put one on, you can usually put the other. I don't know any dish that either one does not make instantly better.
Plus, according to the commercials at least, Nutella is good for you! And who am I to disbelieve anything TV tells me.
Palm oil and sugar are the top two ingredients by weight and hazelnuts are #3. Their site says there are 50 hazelnuts (2.5 ounces) in a 13 ounce jar. So there is more than 2.5 ounces each of palm oil and sugar in each jar. Probably not going to kill you, but it's best not to get too bogged down into the "healthy" aspects of Nutella.
I discovered Nutella when I was in Paris a couple of years ago. I had always seen it in the stores here, but I ignored it, since no one I knew had ever recommended it to me. Having a crepe warm off the iron and spread with nutella is a delight I never would have discovered elsewhere. We now always have a jar in the cupboard, but it is an occasional treat only. Too fattening to have very often. I don't eat anything that I don't look at the label. :-)
Siracha sauce I JUST discovered about 3 weeks ago and I can NOT beleive how this amazing sauce has escaped my attention for so long. I LOVE it!!
