Looking for an extremely unique and fun restaurant in LA for a birthday party! Help?

Hi! I have done birthdays with multi-coursed Moroccan meals on the floor, Oaxacan parties at Guelagetza, greek food, korean bbq, but now I need a new idea!!! I need a restaurant for foodies, not too expensive, with good alcohol and lots of fun! Help? Thank you!

Without asking a lot more questions; I've made the following assumptions:

    1) Guelagetza entree prices are $15 or less and that's the price range your looking for.
    2) You all want to sit at one table.
    3) Your group is its own entertainment; however, anything live would be a plus.
    4) "good alcohol" means a full bar.

Russian dinning is good for groups.

Roberts Russian Cuisine - I've haven't made it there yet, but I'll use it as an example. The entree prices work. It maybe just beer and wine; however, I do see bottles of Vodka in the picture below so maybe it's byo? And if byo, it will bring down the cost of the meal. The picture shows a group of about your size (other pictures show the menu and more vodka):

Here's few off the top of my head.
Gjelina has a private room upstairs that can do cocktails I believe.
Cheese Store of Beverly Hills has a private room and odes lots of private parties.
You could make your own margaritas and go to Maricos Chente.
Shunji's has a big upstairs that is for parites.
Giogio Baldi has a private room.
Osteria del Piccolo may be up for a party on their outdoor patio.
