There is a place called Ping's in the ID that sells a gajillion different varieties, all made in the shop, by hand. Usually they're making some as you shop. They're all bagged and frozen, but you don't have to buy a whole bag, you can buy by the piece. Next door to Henry's Taiwan.

A lot of the Asian markets carry the Wei Chuan brand of frozen dumplings.

Their Mini Buns are great...they don't call them soup dumpling, but that's what they are! Why wait in line for an hour, when you can buy them and steam them up in 10 minutes. Use some red vinegar and soy suave for dipping and you are in business.
