Cafés worth visiting that are open late - after 7 PM or so

Please help compile a list of cafés open past 7 PM or so (chains not necessary). Seems as though a lot of places close early. I am looking for places with at least semi-serious coffee.

I have two to start off with:

Tango Palace, 1156 Queen Street East

The One Coffee House (part of The Only Café), 972 Danforth Avenue

Holy Oak doubles as a bar, so they're open late.

Moonbeam on St. Andrew Street in Kensington Market stays open until 9pm every day. Very laid back, comfy place. Amazing selection of beans that they roast themselves. Also a great selection of teas.

Il Gatto Nero is open past 7 pm each night, and until last call on the weekends. Not sure if it's semi-serious, but its espresso is good enough for me.

When I'm in the mood for espresso and dessert near Yonge & Eg, sometimes I drop by Grano. Even though it's a restaurant, and not a cafe, they always seem welcoming when I stop by. Also not sure if Grano's coffee would be considered semi-serious.

If I'm in the mood for Greek coffee or a Frappe, Cafe Frappe and 521 are open past 7 pm each night. I would stick to the Greek coffees rather than the espressos or drip coffees at both of these places.
