Dinner in Rome Easter Sunday and Monday

Will be driving down from Florence on Easter Sunday and hope to find a good meal. Will be staying at the Santa Chiara. Any suggestions on places for both holidays: Easter Sunday and Monday? Thanks so much!

Grano, a short walk from that hotel, will be open both days. Checchino, which is usually closed on Sundays habitually makes an exception for Easter and will probably be open.

I think Puntarella Rossa is very reliable, and I find it refreshing that he doesn't indulge in the hyperbole of some Rome food blogs. Unfortunately, Google Translate can't always cope with his idiomatic and ironic writing style.
