Looking for (medium) red curry paste in a jar.....

Hi, can I find this ingredient in my local IGA or Maxi or do I need to go to a specialty store?

Trying a new recipe and it calls for 4 teaspoons.

Thanks for your help!

Red curry paste is basically a Thai product not Indian and can be found in almost any asian grocery store(lots on Victoria Ave or of course china town

It's pretty easy to find in any asian grocery.

Marche Hawai has a dozen different brands of it. Central-Right aisle.

many stores stock Patak's Indian products, I would not count on Maxi for anything, but a good IGA or Loblaws would probably have it.

+1 on Patak's. Hubby is from India, and even he says it tastes authentic. I use a lot of their products, including pickles, tikka sauces, and even (if I'm lazy) biryani pastes. Quality is also better than other brands.
