Help! Need Sunday Brunch Options - N Phoenix, (I-17, Happy Valley)

A girlfreind and I are looking for a fun Sunday Brunch where we can sit outside, enjoy a Bloody Mary in the N. Phoenix Area.

It's a bit of a drive, but I adore Heart and Soul Cafe on Carefree Hwy. at Black Mt. Parkway. They do have an outdoor seating area. I believe they have bloody Marys, too. There are interesting menu selections and special every time I've been there.
