I am sure that in a previous year, I saw instructions from one of the major kashrus agencies that any nori with a hechsher purchased before Pesach was fine, but I haven't found it now. I know that in past years, Solo has had some sort of mock sushi on their Pesach menu (I haven't eaten it, but my husband was taken there for a business dinner a few years ago, and he mentioned it). They're under the OU - you can call the OU and ask where they get their nori.

thanks. OU so far has no kosher nori on its Passover list. And kosher.com sold it in the past, but not this year. I will do some further investigating.

        I previously asked the Star-K:

The nori sheets are just seaweed. If purchased before Pesach they are OK
        for use on Pesach
