Thanks for all the suggestions, you weekly mimosa dare devil bunch. My girlfriend changed her mind and wants to swing over to pyramid for their cheap appetizers. I'm going to try the apricot ale!!

I guess the question in the future is, where the hell are their early appetizers (food and drink) in the east bay?? I had a hard time filtering the good from the bad on Yelp. Let's keep this discussion going somewhere!

Spenger's happy hour starts at 4PM. It's pretty cheap. I think of mimosas as brunchy, but I suppose they'd make them for you if you ask.

Spenger's has a great bar, in an old school kinda way. The bartenders really know what they're doing and can mix just about anything. But yes...sorta an odd day for a mimosa unless you' want to pretend it's 70 degrees out on a spring day.
