Where can I buy any kind of quality Smoked Fish (other than Salmon) in North or Centrel Orange County this weekend?

Wholesome Choice has a good selection of smoked fish like arctic char, steelhead, whitefish, sturgeon, mackerel, escolar, as well as several styles of salmon. Look over the fridge cases by the meat department. They're vacuum packed, rather than drying out in a deli case, which is a good thing IMO. Locations in Irvine and Anaheim Hills.

Second this. You can also buy smoked fish at Katella Deli in Los Alamitos, Benjie's Deli in Santa Ana, and possibly Mattern's Sausages in Orange.
