Groupon advertises $30 for $60 Worth of Eclectic Cuisine and Drinks at Terra Restaurant in Thornhill (or $70 Worth if Redeemed on a Monday) - Has anyone tried it? If so, what did you think of it?

Terra serves perfectly fine food. It doesn't blow me away, but service is good and the food is always well presented, cooked nicely and tasty. Prices are quite high across the board, so $60 will cover an app and entree for one person, probably. That's not a bad thing. If you live in the 905 area, it's a nice place to go for lunch or dinner. If you live downtown, don't make a special trip to Terra when there are many wonderful restaurants further south.

A lot of people would go to Barberian's for a dated broiler steak and Caesar.

Go here instead for those menu items and you absolutely will not be disappointed. The menu is a little "eclectic" as you say, but everything is very well-executed by the kitchen. I had a great dinner the last time I was there.
