Fresh Tortellini

Want to make a good pasta dinner Friday night and pick up some torellni. Any suggestions?

    I think Mamma Lina's in Mira Mesa makes fresh tortellini and ravioli

      Assenti Pasta in Little Italy is the only place I know of to get fresh pasta..

            Ah, the freezer.

            I have never seen them fresh. Do you know if there is a certain day of the week when they are sold un-frozen?

              I'd call and ask. I've bought them fresh when I lucked into finding them there.
