Italian in Tucson?

Looking for a good Italian meal for the saturday night before the Desert Class half marathon this weekend. Staying in Oracle but willing to drive pretty much anywhere in the Tucson area.

Any suggestions?

Haven't been there in a while, but Cibaria Cucina in Oro Valley used to be a fave. Just a short hop from Oracle.

Have you researched the older threads on this board? I'm not an expert on Italian in Tucson, but I've enjoyed Primo, Tavolino, Vivace, and NoRTH.

Last time he ran this race we ate at Tavolino the night before and enjoyed it.

I can never get the search function on this site to find what I"m looking for...and what few threads I could pull up that were relevant were pretty old. Just wondering if anything new has arrived in the last two years.

We've never been to Vivace so maybe we'll try that this time.
