I am from San Francisco and looking for a delicious breakfast or brunch place in Vegas for the end of April. I am not interested in chains or bland buffets. thanks.

      No question. Bouchon and Tableau.

I also enjoyed Silk Road in Vdara but it closed.

I think Bouchon in the Venezia Tower at the Venetian Hotel has the best breakfast. This trip, since I'm staying at The Wynn, I'm looking forward to trying Tableau.

2nd Bouchon and have gone back there many days in a row. It's hidden from the casino floor masses and breakfast on their veranda overlooking the Venezia pool area is a great way to start the day.

bouchon and tableau are great. also try verrandah (at four seasons), payard (at CP) jean phillippe (at bellagio and aria) and mozen (at MO).

We ending up going to Bouchon twice in one trip to Vegas. the food and service were very very good. I especially enjoyed brunch, including their signature dish of rosemary and bacon-laced waffles and roasted chicken. This is a San Francisco level restaurant in Vegas...hard to believe!

Eat here and stay at Mandarin Oriental if you can afford it.
