Current Favourite Dim Sum Restaurants in Richmond Hill with Rolling Carts
Hi,
I'm sorry if this has been covered before (if it has, please direct me to the discussion), but if I can get a few recommendations for your current favourite Dim Sum restaurants in Richmond Hill with rolling carts. We will be with another couple who do not have much (or any) dim sum experience
Also, is 11 am a good time to go?
Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Unlike some others, I don't think cart/no cart is any indication of the quality of dim sum. That said, there is a dearth of the cart style in Toronto, not just in Richmond Hill....and/or Markham. You would be better off to request suggestions of favorite dim sum places period. If you do a search of this board under dim sum, you will find a wealth of opinions (sometimes conflicting) on the various dim sum establishments in your target area.

Thanks for your reply. We felt that the experience of the carts would be enjoyable for our friends as they are new to dim sum. The location would have been a good middle meeting place with our friends. I guess we will just go to our regular restaurant in the Mississauga Chinese Centre - Sun Sun Chinese Restaurant (or whatever it is called now).

In that case, you could consider the Century Palace...which is just north of Steeles near Warden Ave.

R.H. being a more affluent area, doesn't have any with rolling carts.
Ginger & Onion in Market Village is probably the closest one w/ carts, border of Markham. Carts are weekend only.
here's an old thread on the topic...
