Dinner spot suggestions for a birthday party of 11?

Hi Chowhounders,

Asking for some suggestions on a place to take 11 birthday revelers on Saturday. Would prefer something below 14th, with a bias towards the west side (West Village/Greenwich). Nice/casual atmosphere that's not too loud would be great. $30 a head is the price point, although cheaper is definitely welcome.

Some options that I've been looking at right now are:

Sullivan's Bistro
Antica Venezia
A.O.C.

Any comments on these would be welcome as well!

Also thinking of trying to head over to a bar to be joined by some more revelers later. Any suggestions for bars in the west village that are friendly to hosting medium sized groups (25 people) would be great.
