Where can i find the best San Diego has to offer for Panna Cotta?!
Jack Fisher is a local pastry chef who has worked around town at many of the finer locations. He makes a spectacular panna cotta. I think he started his own chocolate business a few years ago and I don't know if he's still pastry cheffing around town any longer or not. If he is, and you can find out where he's working, you can bet panna cotta is probably on the menu and it'll very, very good.
Opera Patisserie lists it as a Cafe Special this week on the email I just received from their website sign up.

I'm no panna cotta expert, but PIzzeria Bruno makes one that I like - its a great finish to a pizza meal there anyway. I like the blackberry sauce they use (though, like I said, I have no clue about its authenticity)
