Bi Bi Bop at Eastern Accents [Ann Arbor]
Bi Bi Bop at AA's Eastern Accents: how do I love thee? Let me count the ways. The slightly crispy sauteed spinach, crisp cucumber shreds, the lovely bits of beef (no fat or gristle,ever). My son says the fried egg is the bowl's crowning glory, bringing all the parts together. Hard to argue with that.
I've been going to Eastern Accents for over a decade and this dish is always just right!
Beware that Bi Bi Bop is only offered through mid-afternoon, but if you arrive later you can make do with a lovely piece of pastry or Asian-style cake.

Never had it, at Easter Accents but I like it at Kangs and I especially like it at Kosmo.
