Dim Sum
Does anyone know of any intensive Dim Sum courses in england? I am thinking one or two weeks fulltime. I know I can do them in Hong Kong and Shanghai which would of course be a food excuse to gauge myself on lots of other foods but I will look at options closer to home first.
