Bouillabaisse recommendations in Toronto area please

My boyfriend was commenting on how much he misses the Bouillabaisse served at the dearly departed Cafe Brussels.

Any recommendations? We prefer downtown Toronto. Perhaps more upscale location than a pub.

The Scaramouche Pasta bar (or whatever they call the more casual section these days), has a great Bouillabaisse.

biff's bistro serves a killer bouillabaisse! generous portion and I love how they pore the broth over the seafood right in front of you in order to prevent it from getting overcooked...give it a try..
