Foodie Bachelor party recs please
Group of guys too old and married to have real fun want to eat well. Used to be a regular, but haven't been in a few years.
Fri night to monday.
Current plan
Raku- friday night. Open till 3 am, sounds great from CH recs.
Sat- lunch need recs, not too heavy due to big dinner. Bar Masa?
Dinner- Streakhouse likely CUT, just want nice setting and good beef.
Eaten at Craft and Nine with decent results.
Carnivino sounds interesting, but setting may not be very good.
Possibly Interested in a fair priced tasting menu, but don't want to spend 4hrs
6 couse at Joel Roubochon, or Sage?
Sun- Brunch at Bouchon, eaten there several times. Interested if anything like it that is new
Sun Dinner- reservations to Lotus of Siam.
Monday- I'm leaving so the gang will be on their own.
Also need a good late night noodle joint, eaten at Bellagio, any thought on Zine, reviews seemed mixed.
Thanks for the help

You may want to consider "Cut of the Week" at Charlie Palmers in the Four Seasons (Mandalay Bay). It is $48/pp for three course, with sides and includes "bottomless" wine with the first two courses. Beef isn't as good as CUT, but for a bachelor party - all you care to drink wine may be just the right thing!

How many guys? If it is 8 or less...skip Sage/Robuchon and do "e by Jose Andres" at the Cosmopolitain. It only seats 8 people so you'd likely have the whole thing to yourselves and it's is one of the best experiences I have ever had. #1 place in Vegas.
Also, Bar Masa is only open for dinner apparently, but Julian Serrano next to it has great food. Though I'd recommend China Poblano (also at the Cosmo).
And no, I am not on Jose Andres' payroll. Lol.
I was just really won over by e and China Poblano when I was there last month.
Do "e". You'll thank me. :)›4 Replies-

re: toro
Yes. It's inside Jaleo. You can only get reservations via email at reserve@ebyjoseandres.com. There are other threads on it and pretty much everyone agrees that it's the best place in Vegas.
It's kind of like minibar. But whereas Minibar is right out alongside everytimg else, e is in a small VIP-style room away from everything. I couldn't imagine a better foodie experience for a group of friends all hanging out together.
And yes definitely go to China Poblano. The chef at e sent us for lunch the next day and it was out of sight.
