Taipei 101 Restaurant, Union City report w/ pics
CASH ONLY. First time to Taipei 101 Wed 3/16/11. We were the first ones there for dinner.
Stuff we got:
FREE hot tea, small pot, it was just green tea from a bag. Fine.
Minced pork over rice $3.25 - I thought it was ok. Enough for 2-3 people to share. Lots of minced pork over rice w/ some cucumbers on top.
A-choy - $7.95 - stir fried green veggies. Fine.
Beef noodle soup w/ bok choy $7.95 - you can get thick or thin noodles. Thin noodles were fine, soup wasn't too tasty, just there. Beef was overcooked & tough, greens fine.
Oyster pancake $6.95 - I guess I don't like oyster pancake. It's glutinous, goopy, w/ some oysters probably from a can & a weird sweet sauce over it all. Skip it.
CASH ONLY. My total was $28.64 before tip.
