Got a Craving for BBQ Ribs...
...and Brisket! Heard some buzz about Dinosaur and Blue Smoke, but wanted to hear what some Ch-ers thought. Want moist, juicy ribs, and moist brisket. Dry is NOT an option! Thanks.

Dinosaur for best ribs in NYC. Hill Country might take the brisket, although Dino won't disappoint

Gotta be moist & juicy, I've had too many ribs from joints with good smoke flavor, but very dry!

No, pls not the ribs at Blue Smoke. Consistently disappointing. I would opt for Dinosaur for ribs likely.
