Breakfast in St. Pete's?

We are staying near St. Pete's beach/ St. Petersburg area for the next few days. We've been given quite a few recommendations for lunch and dinner, but nothing for breakfast. Any suggestions??

And just while I'm asking, any really great, reasonably priced seafood? Thanks!!!

Oh the plural Pete has a few good breakfast places i'll second skyway jacks but i think i like The German Crepes house on tierra verde the best.

Skyway Jack's on 34th, serves a fine breakfast. Be forewarned that breakfast here isn't "light", nor vegetarian friendly, nor for the faint of heart...

On the weekend, you'll want to go early and hungry.

LOL OMG i just noticed on facebook, some friends from NY were talking about their favorite cockails...and one not-very-cool chick (sorry but it's true) is raving about some peach cocktail she had at CRABBY BILL's on ST PETE'S BEACH. ya can't make this stuff up.

Two great breakfast places on St. Pete Beach: Frog Pond and Beverly's, both at the same intersection, Corey Ave and Gulf Blvd. I like Beverly's better, as I loooove Eggs Benedict (their veggie bennie especially) but my last houseguests preferred Frog Pond. Go hungry to either place!

I recommend Middlegrounds Grill on Treasure Island for fresh seafood, however it is not a divey place, more of a date night place.

I second Beverly's...their potatoes are addictive and they have some interesting things on their breakfast menu. Middle Grounds Grill on Treasure Island is one of the best seafood restaurants in Tampa Bay. Great calls on both, Joan!
