Good food and show?

We are looking for a restaurant that has some kind of show (could be music, dance, burlesque? why not..etc.) for a memorable birthday. We want the food to be not awful...any thoughts?
We are flexible with location; Hollywood, Downtown, Pasadena, the Valley. Our cap for price is $100 a plate.

As they say "A Hollywood Landmark for over 60 Years" and a little bit of Marty & Elayne at the Dresden Room.

      Vibrato.

If the food can be so-so, go hear John Heard at Charlie O's in the Valley on a Friday or Saturday. He is an absolute treasurer (look him up at allmusic.com), having played with everybody from Count Basie to Oscar Peterson to BB King to Dave Brubeck). Their hamburgers aren't bad, their fries are great, and there is no cover charge.

Or....Hollywood Palms....for Thai food and the Thai Elvis. Just make sure he's performing that night.
But that may not be the kind of show you have in mind....

it would help to know your budget, the area of LA you're in, and whether you have any preferences in terms of cuisine.

without knowing any of that, here are some possibilities:
            Vibrato Grill & Jazz Bar
            Dar Maghreb
            Moun of Tunis
            Papa Cristo's

            Papa Cristos
2771 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90006

            Vibrato Grill & Jazz
