visiting from the New England board here.... heading to Montauk for a long weekend in early April, never been before. I know it's off-season, and while I love seafood, hubby is a vegetarian. He does eat stuff made with cheese / eggs etc, but no actual fish/chicken/etc.... HELP?

    about 15 minutes away.

        ??
Harvest on Pond is pretty vegetarian-unfriendly.

Not sure if it's still there, but we loved the food from the Chinese take-out place (I want to say "Wok N Roll") close to the beginning of town on the right, second floor. When we got the Buddhist's Delight, the baby corn was fresh local baby corn rather than canned. Had a great swiss and mushroom omelette at the smaller of the pancake places (the one that only takes cash on the right-hand side of the street).
