Quebec City (Easter Weekend)

I'm thinking of visiting Quebec City on easter weekend, but not sure if everything will be closed there because of having Good Friday, Easter Sunday and such... I don't want to visit and not see anything or try their foods. Can anyone tell me?

Everything will be open no problem and since Easter is late in April many street cafe will be open.
