Where to find mushy peas (food store, not restaurant)

I'd love to find some mushy peas to bring to a friend's for St. Paddy's Day.
In Ireland they sell them canned all over the place.

Anybody know where to find them?
SF or East Bay (berkeley, emeryville) both are okay...

The original Berkeley Bowl has a selection of British canned goods.

      Of course they do!
Let's hope there's not a big St. Paddy's Day rush for those peas...

      thanks Robert!

Or the British Grocery on 15th @ Potrero, tucked behind Safeway. Their website, britshoppe.com does list mushy peas.

So people really eat them? My only experience is bringing back a can from our european vacation when I was 13. For years after we threatened my sister with that can whenever she wouldn't eat her fresh vegetables.

I had them in Ireland and they were delicious. Better in some places than others. I liked them best when they had mint in them.

I did some further reseaerch and they look really easy to make
If you google "minty mushy peas" the first thing comes up is a jamie oliver recipe that looks about right, though I don't know that I'll use an entire bunch of green onions...

But 15th & potrero is almost on my way home so I will take a look. I see on their site they also hava a Kate & William mug -- perfect host gift.
