Portabella Mushrooms with Gorgonzola Cheese and White Truffle Oil (Cappellone)

We made Cappellone on Sunday. I first ate Cappellone at Paradise Beach Grill in Capitola, California. We paired it with a Renwood Zinfandel from Amador County, California. Great Stuff!
