What is the latest I can make reservations at fine dining establishments?

What is the normal time for dinner in Scotland?

I would check with where you are planning to dine in Inverness. I am not sure the restaurants there stay open as late as the ones in Glasgow and Edinburgh.

In general, knock a half hour off for Inverness.

Generally 10pm is the latest, 10:30 at the weekends in some places. Many places will be open from 5pm to 5:30 and offer "pre theatre" options before 7. I usually prefer reservations between 7: 30 and 8:30 but that's really just a matter of personal preference.
