Suggestions? Open to anything good, but would be more interested in somewhat casual and ethnic. Thanks for your help!

Not sure what qualifies as "ethnic" nowadays, but I'll start off with:

    Wild Rice

    Wild Rice
1612 Post Rd, Fairfield, CT 06824

Pretty open to anything that is veggie friendly.

For veggie friendly, I'd recommend Safita (Middle Eastern), Coromandel (Indian) or Quatrro Pazzi (Italian) for more casual places. If you want something a little nicer, 55 degrees (Italian) and Osianna (Mediterranean) are also excellent, Osianna doesn't have a ton of vegetable options but they do have a lot of seafood if that is eaten.

That's cool. I am a vegetarian and I really like Safita as well. Wild Rice is good, but I also like a place called LC Chen's. ( very clean & friendly - good food! ) Paci is great italian for a " special" dinner, but if you don't want to go to that expense, go Quattro Pazzi. Madeline's is great for lunch or dinner... lots of veg. choices. ( great soups & Salads.) Same with a Restaurant called Grey Goose in Southport. They have Many choices you will like. Let me know where you you go, and what you like. Good Luck! ( Also, if you like indian food, don't go with Bangalore, go to Bombay in Westport, or Coromandel in Fairfield,
