Looking for the best diners or dives in Vaughan??

Hi,
I've seen posts regarding diners, drive in and dives in Toronto.. anything north of Steeles??? I live in Richmond Hill.. it would be such a long drive to go down to Dundas??? Any suggestions??

The Fry Basket on Yonge, a block north of Steeles is a great greasy spoon.

Memphis BBQ in Woodbridge has the best ribs I've ever had. I think it qualifies as a dive but the food is amazing.

The major intersection is Islington and Highway #7 but is closer to Islington and Woodbridge Avenue.
