sui mai

Made shrimp and pork sui mai this weekend. How many of you make these and can actually eat so many of them you are sick but still glad you did. :-)

So yummy.

    Oh my gosh, I just made and ate a ton of those yesterday myself. I found out they are lower in calories than I thought - about 70 to 90 depending on ingredients - so maybe went a little overboard, but we ate the whole batch for lunch (none for the freezer which was the plan)!

      I know it!! I have the same plan to put a bunch in the freezer. I might just put the shrimp/pork mixture in the freezer so that I don't eat them too fast.
