help with Japanese instructions - Sugakiya Foods Tebasaki
I have some packages of chicken wings seasoning that have instructions written only in Japanese.
I have tried to find if Sugakiya Foods has a US office - no luck.
They do not have any English on their website.
Where can I get English instructions or translate all of the Japanese characters and directions on the box?
Thanks. Here it is.
What does it say about the qty of chicken? Is the qty per pair of packets (spice and sauce), as there are three packets each of the spice and the sauce.
I assume that is flour in #1.
What are the details in #2?
Anything pertinent in #3?
Why is the last panel in there? Is there a reason they have to show you how to use scissors?
If you need a bigger / better picture, send me your email address.
The quantity is five whole chicken wings, or twelve of the bow sections only for each pair of sauce + spice.
1) One and a half tablespoons of flour, shake in a bag. 2) With three tablespoons of oil, fry in frying pan on low heat for ten minutes. 3) Add spice mix and sauce in a bowl and mix.
They show you how to use scissors because they are Japanese and they like that kind of crazy detail. Believe it or not, there are instructions for people with left handed scissors. Let me know if it's good. It says it's famous in Nagoya, which is the chicken wing capital of Japan.
スガキヤ 手羽先のたれ -Copy this and paste it into google.co.jp and search images and you can see what other people's wings look like.
