    I buy mine from beanilla.com. I've bought their sampler packs a couple of times, which include 3 beans each of 8 different varieties for $30.

      Penzey's (Santa Monica, Torrance locations). Two different varieties (Madagascar and Mexican, I believe). $7.25 for three beans, $28.25 for fifteen beans.

        you can get them at spice station in silverlake for $4 an ounce, which i think is 2 beans.

          Surfas in Culver City/ culinarydistrict.com sells packs of six Madagascar Vanilla beans for $11.30. Tahitian beans four for $15. That's the best place I know for a retail product locally.

            I just found them on Amazon for much cheaper. If you can wait to have them shipped you can buy them on Amazon for about 50 cents each.
