Nachos In DC

I am planning a trip to DC and a friend keeps raving about amazing nachos that he once had in DC. He can't remember the neighborhood or the restaurant. The nachos involved steak with 4-5 cheeses at a Mexican themed restaurant next to a hotel. I thought it was worth a shot to ask here if anyone might know the spot.
