Old School Montreal Style Baked Lasagna Delivery around Atwater area
I tried to call Woodland but apparently for some strange reason, they don't take credit cards on delivery. I'd do anything right now for a huge classic Montreal ital/greek-style lasagna with pepperoni, mushrooms and green peppers baked into thick layers of cheese. I'm in St-Henri and can't think of anywhere to order from. I need a place that accepts credit cards (Amex) because I'm too hungover to go anywhere, and the plan is to stay in bed and watch old movies all day long. If anyone can help me fulfill these slovenly plans, I would be forever grateful!
I think the hardest part of that request will be a place that takes Amex. A la Carte Express takes Amex: http://alce.dtsc.net/index_en.html - maybe one of their restos has the lasagna you're looking for: http://alce.dtsc.net/index_en.html
Otherwise, you could try Angela's and see what credit cards they accept - http://angelapizzeriaandrestaurant.com/
Thanks, ALCE is totally useless though... the only half-decent restaurant they service in my area is Gourmet Burger. Everything else is chain food crap or overpriced garbage from Crescent Street. I'll call Angela's though... do they do the kind of oberwhelming delivery lasagna that I'm looking for well?
I may try to convince Mama's to bring me food also, if nobody else has any suggestions. Why wouldn't Woodland take c.c.'s on delivery?! That's so annoying!
Damn, Mama's won't deliver... I need some sort of greasy spoon plate with meat and sauce!
A baked lasagna or spaghetti with meatballs and mushrooms or even smoked meat... but where? where to look? I'm wasting valuable nap and movie watching time contemplating this!
Any other suggestions??
If I were you I'd just walk over to Atwater market and buy a couple frozen lasagnas from that Italian place upstairs, and just keep it in the freezer till you've got the craving. Not the best but better than the delivery options you have. I keep nothing in my freezer so weird I'm telling you too. Haha
