I don't know about great but munster and coarse bulger wheat makes a tasty filling side dish. Pita stuffed with munster cheese and tossed in the oven to crisp up is a grand way to start the day.

This recipe is one of my favorites from the cookbook and made me appreciate munster.

If I don't have fresh basil or oregano, I use dried oregano.

Perfect for quesadillas, queso fundido, choriqueso fillings for enchiladas, pretty much anywhere you'd want some melted cheese in Mexican food.

Don't forget mac and cheese! It melts beautifully.
