Hi. Trying to maximize my good food time shopping in or near Olympia to Longview.
Any hidden treasures that you know about?

Also do you the name of/address or have you tried the new Mennonite/Amish grocery in Rochester?
Also what stalls at the Farmer's Market do you go to for the best whatever.
Thanks

For discounted oddball but nonetheless tasty items, try Grocery Outlet. You never know what you're gonna get, but the prices are always affordable for college folk. Think of it as a culinary grab bag!

For ethically sound products but snooty "I'm better than you because I'm gluten free, organic, and compostable" staff, try Oly Food Co-Op. Great stuff, but sooooooo much pretentious attitude from the holier-than-thou hippie clerks, I had to stop shopping there.

Recently, we got a Trader Joe's, and that was a big deal. Other than that, we have the usual Safeways, Top Foods, etc. Farmer's Market is amazing, but doesn't open until April.
