  1. Long wait: Grimaldi's (Totally not worth it); DiFara's (totally worth it); Prime Meats; Al di La; Lucali; Roberta's (note the pizza theme)
    Hard reservation: Luger's; River Café

--Al di La Wine Bar features same menu as Al di La. Frequently, seats available at bar for walk-ins. Few tables in there, as well. Wait far less than for main restaurant. Again, same menu.

--Brooklyn Fare maintains a waiting list. I don't know how many people cancel each week, but with 20 seated each night, it is reasonable to conclude that 2 or 4 might get in off wait list every couple of nights.

How bad are the waits these days? I was thinking of heading there tonight.
          Thanks.

      2. I would think right now that Talde has the longest wait...going on two hours at times.

        1. Buttermilk Channel is always a long wait, even worse than Prime Meats. At least in my experience.

          1. Have to ask, now that there's feedback you might use: why did you ask these questions? Were you looking for places to go to?. Or to avoid? I'm just curious is all. Thanks.
