Porterhouse Bistro Out of Business?

I've driven by Porterhouse Bistro a few times lately and found it dark in the evening.

I called their number and got a message that they number was no longer in service.

Is there any reason to think they're not out of business?

    If you go to their website and click on the reservations link, there is a farewell notice from management.
