Puerto Vallarta street food & seafood??

Hi all, on my way to PV 3-13-1, we want to only eat at "simple" taco stands and fresh seafood spots. We eat great spots all over the US and not interested in any composed international cuisine, just the specialties of PV. Thanks for any help with such short notice.
