Pizza/Sub Shop In Ocean City MD

We are looking for a place to get subs or other similar take out for a party in Ocean City next weekend. Any recommendations?

I second the vote for SouthSide Deli. They're in West Ocean City as well as in Ocean Pines. Fresh, creative sandwiches and real Italian deli meats and condiments. Locally owned business--they do a great job but would definitely give them some lead-time esp. in season.

Ponzetti's Pizza on the Boardwalk - Kind of near the Ferris Wheel. There is also one on the Strip. But the Boardwallk one is the best. Excellent Pizza.

For italian cold cut subs (hoagies) and party trays I would go with Primos Hoagies on 132nd street or South Side Deli in west Ocean City . For hot subs like cheesesteaks your best bet is probably Fat Daddy's on 82nd street. My favorite pizza is Mione's in west Ocean City located in the outlets on Route 50.

You can get a great brick-oven pizza from a restaurant in an old Howard Johnson's on the boardwalk. The name of the place is Fausto's. I have never had a sub there but it wouldn't surprise me if they were also great.
