In the right spot, Maizbon could have been a sensation. Last time I was at that shopping center, I saw some other very interesting spots, including maybe an Egyptian place?
Afghani restaurants (other than low-end kabob joints) seem to have a tough time of it around here. We've lost a few of our favorites over the years. It's a shame more people won't give it a try, because the cuisine is very approachable.
