Nizam's Restaurant, Vienna, VA (Turkish cuisine) - Open or Closed?

Is Nizam's still in business? I called their phone number (703-938-8948) and was told it is disconnected. They had been in business since 1977.

According to Gayot.com - it is closed. Very sad.

Oh no! This is very sad - we loved taking visitors from out of town there. the food was always delicious and it was quiet enough so that we could easily hear each other as we chatted and caught up on each others' lives. What looks like a Mediterranean cafe (or Middle Eastern?) has opened next door to Nizam's.

I meant to check this out for you today when driving by, but forgot - sorry!

I do remember trying to go there a couple months ago, and it was hard to tell if they were doing a major renovation or closed for good. With a disconnected phone, I"m guessing the latter, though.
