More moderately priced restaurants on Strip

We will be in Las Vegas for 5 nights in May at Bellagio. My husband definitely wants to go back to SW for dinner one night since we had such a great meal there but I am looking for some suggestions for 4 other nights - We won't mind splurging for a second night but am hoping there are some good restaurants - Italian or fish - where the average entrees are no more than the mid 30 dollar range. Is that possible?

You shouldn't have any problem at all. Some of the places we like are Mon Ami Gabi across the street at Paris, and Trattoria Reggiano in the Venetian. Canaletto near the Venetian canals is usually quite good, too. P.J. Clarkes is a new gastropub in the Caesar's forum and it is getting very good reviews. Good seafood, apparently.
