Half a Bundt pan -- baking time?
I searched but couldn't find this in the archives.
When using the 6-cup (half size) Bundt pan, should the baking time be reduced? Our recipes, which are for 10 or 12-cup pans, call for 45-50 mins at 350°F.
A 6 cup bundt pan typically bakes for 35-40 minutes but watch it closely. I would err on the short side, at about 30 minutes for the first test. When in doubt, test early and (as I'm sure you already know) whenl a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean (but not dry) it's done.
