Bouchon Vegas v Bouchon Beverly Hills

Dapuma Mar 9, 2011 05:51 AM

I have been to the Bouchon in Beverly Hills which seemed like a breakfast / lunch place...what is the difference between that one and the one in Vegas?

I've been to the Vegas one and the original in Yountville. Food/Decor/Service-wise they were pretty identical.
I think Yountville gets slightly better product, but the one in Vegas seems roomier. Yountville seemed like a tighter space.

I've been to the Bouchon's in Yountville, Beverly Hills and Las Vegas and clearly prefer the latter two. I find the Yountville restaurant to be overly cramped and noisy...and I've had variable and even rude service there. On the other hand, both the BH and LV locations are very comfortable, an I've never had anything less than excellent service at these locations. The food is pretty much equivalent at all 3, but somehow I find the raw shellfish selection somewhat better at the BH and LV locations.
